Nanette K. "Nan" Maury (nee Trotter), age 47, of Mayville, found peace on Sunday May 26, 2013 at Aurora Grafton Medical Center in Grafton.
She was born on October 9, 1965 in Hartford to Thomas and Myra (nee Larson) Trotter. Nan grew up in Iron Ridge. She graduated from Horicon High School in the class of 1983, and was formerly employed at Trinity Staffing Support Services in Milwaukee.
Nan was a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Iron Ridge. She enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. Her greatest love was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Nan is survived by her loving daughter, Jordan (Chris) Fritz of Iron Ridge; two grandchildren, Damion and Natalie Fritz; her mother, Myra Trotter of Iron Ridge; a sister, Rebecca Trotter of Iron Ridge; a brother, Shane (Anita) Trotter of Horicon; a niece, Katelyn Trotter; nephew and God son, Matthew Gehrman; and a nephew Jacob Trotter; her cat companion, Kamikazee; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Tom Trotter in 2004.
A memorial service in remembrance of Nan will be held on Friday May 31st at 5:00 pm at St. Matthew Lutheran Church (308 Herman St. Iron Ridge). Pastor Larry Mose will officiate. Visitation will be at the church on Friday from 3:00 pm until the time of service. Inurnment will be in St. Matthew Church Cemetery.
