Nicole M. Kroupa (nee Twet) age 39, of West Bend, passed away on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Nicole was born on February 26, 1973, in Green Bay, to Jack and Lynn (nee Brunette) Twet. She graduated from Beaver Dam High School in the class of 1991. On July 6, 2002, Nicole was united in marriage to Chad Kroupa at the former St. Michael's Catholic Church in Beaver Dam. Together they moved to West Bend in 2003 where they started their family.
She was employed as a Loan Processor for Glacier Hills Credit Union in West Bend.
Her husband and sons were the joy of her life.
Nicole is survived by her husband, Chad Kroupa of West Bend; two young sons, Colin, age 7 and Carter, age 2; her parents, Jack and Lynn Twet of Beaver Dam; mother-in-law, Betty Kroupa of Lady Lake, FL; father-in-law, Laurel Kroupa Sr. of Sullivan; five sisters, Kari (Jay) Thorpe of Stanley; Denise (Wade) Hoffstatter of Stanley,Terri (Edward) Hernandez of Wautoma, Mary Unferth of Beaver Dam, and Christina (Christopher) Fugman of Milwaukee; one brother, Steve (Rita) Twet of Clovis, CA; two sisters-in-law, Laurie (Keith) Christian of Sullivan and Deanna Kroupa of Madison; one brother-in-law, Laurel Kroupa Jr. of Johnsons Creek; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial in remembrance of Nicole will be held on Friday, May 11th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 1025 S. 7th Avenue, West Bend with Rev. Nathan Reesman presiding. Visitation will be on Thursday, May 10th at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington Street, West Bend from 4:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. with the rosary service at 7:30 and again on Friday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the mass.
In lieu of flowers, the family has set up a memorial fund at Glacier Hills Credit Union for her sons.
