Patricia Ann Lemke, nee Heidkamp, age 81, of West Bend, passed away Thursday, December 09, 2010 at the Kathy Hospice in the Town of Polk.
She was born on February 10, 1929 in Chicago to the late Emil and Katharine (nee Cunningham) Heidkamp. Pat was united in marriage to Kenneth Lemke on June 23, 1946 in Chicago. Kenneth preceded her in death on September 25, 1999.
In 2000, Pat moved from Mequon to West Bend. She was a council member and past president of the Milwaukee Area Girl Scouts. Pat enjoyed camping and traveling throughout the U.S. and Europe. She was a volunteer for many different organizations.
Pat is survived by her four children, Peter (Terry) Lemke of Madison, Jenifer (Dave) Bublitz of the Town of Saukville, David Lemke of Hartford, and Lisa (Len) Bowe of Plymouth; five grandchildren, Andrew, Benjamin and Christopher Bublitz and Matthew and Hannah Bowe; one sister, Sister Katharine Mary Heidkamp, MMS; three brothers, Richard (Ann) Heidkamp of Park Ridge, IL, Donald (Marsha) Heidkamp of Park Ridge, IL, and Walter (Pat) Heidkamp of Chicago, IL; one sister-in-law, Louise Lemke of Brown Deer; many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Emil (Pat) Heidkamp and Joseph (Marion) Heidkamp; and brother-in-law, Gilbert Lemke
A Mass of Christian Burial in remembrance of Pat will be held Tuesday, December 14th at 12:30 pm at Immaculate Conception Church of St. Mary, 1610 Monroe Street, West Bend. Rev. Mike Moran will be the celebrant. Visitation will be at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of the mass. Burial will follow in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Mequon.
