Paul E. Schober

Paul E. Schober, 85, of West Bend, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018, at New Perspective in West Bend.

Paul was born on October 4, 1933, the son of the late Edward and Grace (nee Hodge) Schober. On August 29, 1953, he was united in marriage to Geraldine Rhody in Milwaukee. Geraldine preceded Paul in death on October 14, 2007.

Those Paul leaves behind to cherish his memory include four children, Gregory (Debbie) Schober, Laura (Kevin) Hoffman, Susan (Paul) Grosskreuz, and James (Terri) Schober; a special family friend, Ginny Schober; 13 grandchildren, Andrew, Hannah (Jake), Suzy, Daniel, Leah, Sarah, Ben, Miranda, Sam, Lydia, Timothy, David, and Ethan; a great-granddaughter, Violet; a brother, Lawrence (Rowena) Schober; a brother-in-law, Patrick Rhody; two sisters-in-law, Barbara (Fred) Sperry and Judy Schober; other relatives and friends.

In addition to his wife and parents, Paul was preceded in death by a son, Andrew Schober; two brothers, Ralph (Pat) Schober and Jack Schober; two brothers-in-law, Robert (Delores) Rhody and Charles Rhody; and a sister-in-law, Peg (Don) Hagen.

Funeral services for Paul will be held at Noon on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home, 1315 W. Washington Street, in West Bend with Rev. Brian Krueger officiating.

Paul’s family will greet relatives and friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
