Pearl B. Terlinden, nee Kibbel, 94, of the Town of Wayne, entered Eternal Life on Saturday February 21, 2015 at Cedar Lake Home, West Bend.
She was born on June 7, 1920 on the family farm in the Town of Wayne to the late George and Esther (nee Luecke) Kibbel Jr. On May 28th, 1949 she was united in marriage to Arthur Terlinden at Salem Church in Wayne.
Her passion was running the farm alongside her husband, which included milking cows, raising chickens, and selling her farm fresh eggs. She felt blessed that for 94 years she was able to live in the farm house that she was born in. Pearl was very involved in many organizations. She was a leader of the Wayne Crusaders 4-H club, a member of the More-Ed Club, Wayne Willing Weavers Home Makers Club, and a member of the Ladies Aid for many years at Zion Lutheran Church. She always welcomed family, friends, or distant relatives to the farm where she enjoyed visiting and serving them a home cooked meal. The love for her family was always so dear to her heart and her memory will be forever with them.
She is survived by her two children, Dennis (Debby) Terlinden and Darlene Krebs, both of the town of Wayne; six grandchildren, Tim(Tracy) Herman, Keith (Bonnie) Herman, Kristin (Tony) Cappozzo, Ryan (Missy) Herman, Tim Krebs, and Tricia (Jim) Wichtoski; thirteen great-grandchildren, Teagan & Tierney Herman, Kyra, Brady, & Alyce Herman, Brandon Susen, Kaeden & Alec Cappozzo, Max, Sam & Ella Herman, Jace and Cade Wichtoski; sister in law, Leona Westphal; two brothers in law, Elmer Terlinden and Harold Terlinden; other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 60 years Arthur Terlinden; son in law, Edwards Krebs; brother in law, Al Terlinden, and sister in law, Arlene Stark.
A Funeral service in remembrance of Pearl will be held on Wednesday, March 4 at 3:00 p.m. at Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in the town of Wayne. Rev. Steven Bode will officiate and burial will follow in Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
