Phyllis E. Weber, (nee Sparks), 82, of West Bend, passed away Saturday, May 24, 2008 at the Cedar Lake Health and Rehabilitation Center, West Bend.
She was born on June 14, 1925 in Parrish, WI to the late Ernest and Marjorie (nee Tinker) Sparks. On July 28, 1946 she was united in marriage to Myles Weber in Merrill, WI.
Phyllis was an active member of Luther Memorial Church in Shorewood for many years and was currently a member of Pilgrim Ev. Lutheran Church in West Bend.
She is survived by her husband, Myles; two children, Jeanne (Barry) Meyer of Franklin and Richard (Lynn) Weber of Concord, CA; three grandchildren, Maran (Shaun) Kaeinst of Queens Creek, AZ; Ian Weber of Oakland, CA; and Adam Weber of Concord, CA; two great-grandchildren, Shawna Kaeinst and Eddie Kaeinst; a sister, Ellen (Jim) Finch of St. Germain; two brothers, James Sparks of Ohio, and Ernest Sparks of Florida; two brothers-in-law, Dale Jensen of Wausau, and Gaylord Howard of Chippewa Falls; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by three sisters, Clair Faultersack, Marjorie Howard and Evie Jensen.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 28 at 4:00 p.m. at Luther Memorial Church, 3833 N. Maryland Ave., Shorewood. Visitation will be at the church on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service. Inurnment will be in Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield.
