Rebecca J. Trotter, age 55 years, of Iron Ridge was called home to be with the Lord on May 17, 2023 at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac surrounded by her loving family.
Rebecca was born on November 13, 1967 in Hartford to Thomas and Myra Trotter (Larson).
Rebecca graduated from Horicon High School in 1985. She worked at Pivot Point in Hustisford, MEC in Mayville, and then drove taxi for the City of Hartford. Crocheting was Rebecca’s passion, she made everything from afghans to cat toys. She enjoyed attending craft fairs, she was a regular at the Hartford Farmers Market, and was an avid Bingo player.
Those Rebecca leaves behind to cherish her memory include her brother, Shane (Anita) Trotter; nieces and nephews, Matthew, Jacob, and Katelyn; Jordan (Christopher) Fritz; great-nieces and great-nephews, Damian, Thomas, and Natalie; uncles, Dick Trotter, Gail (Gloria) Larson, and Ivan (Arthleen) Larson; and aunts, Joan Varty, and Mary Wagner. She is further survived by dear friends, Kim (Paul) Alexander and Bridget Lynn; as well as other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Rebecca was preceded in death by her sister, Nanette Maury; and nephew, Joshua Trotter.
VISITATION: Rebecca’s family will greet relatives and friends on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 1:00 pm at 2:45 pm St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church (306 Herman St. – Iron Ridge, WI 53035)
SERVICE: A Memorial Service in remembrance of Rebecca take place at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church Tuesday at 3:00 pm with Pastor Larry Mose officiating. A private family burial will be at the church cemetery at a late date.
