Robert C. Hicken, 61, of Beechwood, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 13, 2010, at St. Joseph’s Hospital in the town of Polk.
He was born on March 15, 1948, in Sheboygan, the son of the late Carroll and Mathilda (Heincke) Hicken.
Robert was employed by the West Bend Company in West Bend for 33 years and was a member of the 25-Year Club. He was employed as a driver for TMS Logistics in Cedar Grove since 2004.
Robert was a member of New Horizon United Church of Christ in the town of Farmington and a member of the Beechwood Night Fliers Snowmobile Club.
Those Robert leaves behind to cherish his memory include two sisters, Ruth Hicken of Beechwood and Rita (Lee) Rich of West Bend; a niece, Rachel Rich; a great-niece, Alanna Smiley, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for Robert were held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, 2010, at the Miller Funeral Home in Kewaskum. Rev. David Schlieter officiated and burial was at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday in Beechwood Union Cemetery in Beechwood.
Relatives and friends called at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services.
