Robert J. Pint, "Half Pint", age 64, of West Bend, passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at his residence.
He was born on September 28, 1945 in Milwaukee to Joseph and Margaret (nee Treiber) Pint. Robert attended Washington High School and graduated in the class of 1963. Robert served our country honorably by enlisting in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War. Following the war he become an inspector at A.O. Smith until his retirement in 2001. Robert enjoyed collecting die cast cars and coins. He also enjoyed playing pool and was in several leagues. Robert could always be found getting together with friends at his favorite hang out Moonlighting.
Robert is survived by his two children, Robert Jr. (Courtney) Pint of Jackson and Vanessa (John) Magray of Kewaskum; his five grandchildren, Alison, Joseph, Brittney, Trevor, and Aubrey. He is further survived by his mother, Margaret Pint; his sister, Carol (Ted) Murray; his two nieces, Monique (Mark) Farrington and Gayle Murray; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Pint; and his newborn nephew Guy.
A memorial service in honor of Robert will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2010 at 2:00pm at the Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home in West Bend. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Saturday, January 30, from 1:00pm until the time of service. Inurnment will take place in Wisconsin Memorial Park.
