Robin C. Barringer, 50, of West Bend, died Sat. March 19, 2005 at the Samaritan Health Center, West Bend.
He was born on Sept. 16, 1954 in Grand Rapids, MI to Kenneth and Bonnie (nee Shelton) Barringer. He was united in marriage to Barbara A. Gerhardt on May 26, 1977 in Pensacola, FL.
Robin served in the U.S. Navy from 1977 to 1981. He was employed in the shipping and receiving dept. at St. Joseph's Community Hospital in West Bend.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; two children, Craig Barringer and Andrea Barringer, both at home; his mother, Bonnie Anderson of West Bend; his father, Kenneth (Joan) Barringer of Sun City Center, FL; three sisters, Lauren (Jay) Tappan of North Carolina, Wendy (Jeff) Barringer-Bucklew of Hudson, and Karen Anderson of Minneapolis, MN; six brothers, Keith (Chris) Barringer of Cedarburg, Barth (Lisa) Anderson of Minneapolis, MN, Mark (Aeron) Anderson of Green Bay, Kevin Anderson of Minneapolis, MN, Trent (Angie) Barringer of Sheboygan, and Jim (Sue) Anderson of Alaska; his parents-in-law, Richard and Mavis Gerhardt of West Bend; three sisters-in-law, Jean (David) Gardipee of West Bend, Susan (Steve) Rupple of Appleton, and Mary Beth Gerhardt of Sheboygan Falls; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Jack Anderson.
A visitation to share memories and celebrate Robin's life will be held on Sat. March 26 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Myrhum - Patten Funeral & Cremation Service, West Bend. Inurnment will be in Washington County Memorial Park, West Bend.
