Samantha "Sam" Catherine Biersack

Samantha Catherine “Sam” Biersack, age 32 years, of Newburg passed away unexpectedly at home on April 1, 2022.

Sam was born on September 18, 1989 in Milwaukee to Kevin and Kimberly Biersack (nee Hansen).

Sam graduated from West Bend East High School in 2007.  She then attended UW-Washington County.  Sam was a very artistic painter and drawer.  She enjoyed going to art museums, especially the Calatrava in Milwaukee.  Most of all she loved spending time with her daughter, Piper.

Those Sam leaves behind to cherish her memory include her daughter, Piper Mayworm; parents, Kevin and Kimberly Biersack; brother, Nicholas Biersack; paternal grandmother, Cathy Biersack (nee West); and maternal grandparents, Jerry and Karen Lee Hansen (nee Kelty); great-grandmother, Norma West; and great-uncle & great-aunt, Rick and Alfa Rowe (nee Hansen).  She is further survived by aunts and uncles; Kelly (Craig) Burg, Theresa (Joe) Herrmann, Paul Biersack; Mary (Patrick) Rieter, and Brian (Debbie) Biersack; as well as many cousins other relatives and friends.

Sam was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Arthur “Art” Biersack.

A Celebration of Sam’s Life will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 6:00 pm at Myrhum-Patten Funeral Home (1315 W Washington St – West Bend, WI  53095).  The family will greet relatives on Wednesday at the funeral home from 4:00 pm until the time of service.
