Sandra A. Bowers

Sandra A. Bowers, 85, of Kewaskum, passed away on January 21, 2025, at The Willows at Cedar Lake Community, with her family at her side.

Sandra graced this world on July 17, 1939, in Milwaukee, a cherished daughter of the late Herman and Catherine (née Flasch) Goff. Love blossomed on May 25, 1963, when she walked down the aisle of St. Leo’s Catholic Church to unite her life with Frederick Bowers.

Her passion for flowers was as vibrant as the ones she tended. Sandra found joy in her work at Kohl's department store and West Bend Insurance, but she truly thrived amidst craft shows, casinos, and bustling shopping adventures. Her heart swelled with pride in her roles as a loving wife, devoted mother, and doting grandmother, which she held dearest of all. Sandra delighted in family outings, especially relishing the broasted chicken at Sandpiper Inn with her beloved husband and family by her side.

Those Sandra leaves behind to cherish her memory include five children, Steve (Lisa Knoeck) Bowers, Edward (Wendy) Bowers, Cindy (Ron) Hofmann, Sherie (Tom) Wagner, and Kristine (Scott) Theisen; eleven grandchildren, Justin (Alyssa) Hofmann, Julia Hofmann, Jason Hofmann, Jessica (Brent) Cook, Brittney (Bryan) Driebel, Nathan (Katelyn) Bowers, Brandi (Marcus) LaMarche, Brett Theisen, Brielee Theisen, Brett (Josie) Nettesheim, and Kayla (Dylan) Bortolon; 15 great-grandchildren, Ava, Luke, Grayson, Justin Jr, Jackson, Arya, Josiah, Blake, Kollins, Tripp, Beckett, Brynlee, Ashton, Leo, and Montana; and a great-grandchild on the way in 2025; a brother, John Goff; a sister-in-law, Bonnie Goff; a brother-in-law, Bill Stoll. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by her husband, Frederick; her siblings, Ken Goff, Herman Goff Jr., Jim (Kris) Goff, Betty Stoll, Nancy (Dennis) Rheaume, and Bill Goff.

VISITATION: Sandra’s family will greet relatives and friends at the Myrhum – Patten Funeral & Cremation Service, 215 Forest Avenue, in Kewaskum, on Monday, January 27, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: A service for Sandra will be held at 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Kewaskum.
