Sharon V. (Westberg) Riebe

Sharon V. Riebe (nee Westberg), 82, of Fredonia passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at her home with her family by her side.

She was born on January 8, 1940, to the late William and Roine (nee Arndt) Westberg in Milwaukee, WI. Sharon attended Custer High School. On May 26, 1963, she was united in marriage to William “Bill” Riebe Sr. in Virginia City, NV. Together they raised their four children. She loved gardening, sewing, and knitting. Sharon especially enjoyed spending time with her family and all of her grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew her.

Those Sharon leaves behind to cherish her memory include her loving husband, William “Bill” Riebe Sr.; four children, Terrriann (Frank) Beno, Christopher Riebe, William (Chearie) Riebe, Jr, and Joe (Tammy) Riebe; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two brothers, Erwin Westberg and Clifford Westberg.

In honor of Sharon’s wishes, no service will be held.
