Sharon Spradau

Sharon A. Spradau, age 72, of Kewaskum, formerly of Jackson, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at Kettle Moraine Gardens Assisted Living in Kewaskum.

She was born on March 10, 1940 in Lomira to the late Francis and Alice (nee Francis) Jordan. She married Walter "Wally" A. Spradau on June 14, 1958 at Trinity E.U.B Church in Lomira.

Sharon was a member of New Hope United Church of Christ and the Women's Fellowship in Jackson.

She worked 30 years for Briggs and Stratton in Wauwatosa and then for Universal Strap in Jackson. She loved playing bingo and her organ.

Sharon is survived by three sisters, Julienne Smith of Racine, Lou Ann Gudex of Campbellsport, and Majory Jahn of North Fond du Lac; four sisters-in-law, Florence Jordan of Racine, Judy (Jim) Geib of Cascade, Mae (special friend, Bob Beisbier) Spradau of Kewaskum, and Sandy (Jim) Stroh of Eden; three brothers-in-law, Roger Spradau of West Bend, Norbert Theisen of Campbellsport, and Joe (Jane) Seis of DePere; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband (on March 22, 2012), her parents, two sisters, La Gene Theisen and Jan Seis, and two brothers, Billy Jordan and John Jordan.

Funeral services in remembrance of Sharon will be held on Sunday, May 27th at 3:00 pm at New Hope United Church of Christ, 4360 Jackson Drive, Jackson. Rev. Jim Hill will officiate and burial will follow in Friedens Cemetery in Jackson. Visitation will be at the church from 1:00 pm until the time of the service.

Memorials to New Hope United Church of Christ are appreciated.
