Thelma H. Grantman, 85, of the town of Lomira, passed away on Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at Grancare Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Fond du Lac.
She was born on March 9, 1927, in the town of Trenton, Dodge County, the daughter of the late Henry and Gertrude (Bossenbroek) Navis, and on February 22, 1964, she was united in marriage to Norman Grantman in Waupun.
Thelma was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Lomira and taught Sunday school for many years.
Those Thelma leaves behind to cherish her memory include her husband, Norman; a daughter, Lauri Grantman of the town of Lomira; a brother, Germaine (Carol) Navis of Waupun; a sister, Joan (Norman) Anderson of Carroll, Iowa, other relatives and friends.
Private funeral services for Thelma were held at Trinity United Methodist Church in Lomira with Rev. Kerry Wilson officiating. Burial was in Ebenezer Cemetery in the town of Lomira. There was no visitation.
The Kietzer-Miller Funeral Home in Lomira was entrusted with Thelma’s arrangements.
