Timmy J. "Tim" Meyer, 56, of Fond du Lac, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, March 24, 2015, at his home.
He was born on December 11, 1958, in Rhinelander, the son of the late Frank and Julaine (Behm) Meyer.
Tim worked at Quad/Graphics for 25 years and for the past 5 years was employed by Central Wire in Fond du Lac. He enjoyed working on cars and computers. Tim was loved by all who knew him and his willingness to lend a hand to someone in need will be deeply missed.
Those Tim leaves behind to cherish his memory include his three children, Robert Meyer and Richard Meyer both of Milwaukee and Blayne Meyer of Nashville, Tennessee; three sisters, Marilyn Kowis of Silver Cliff, Carolyn (Ray) Prellwitz of West Bend and Dorothy Tillman of Minot, North Dakota; three brothers, Michael Meyer of Three Lakes, Mark Meyer of Menasha and Frank Meyer of Two Rivers; special family, Jill Fortino, James Fortino and Ben Fortino all of Fond du Lac and Angela Martinez of Milwaukee, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by a brother, Blaine Meyer and two brothers-in-law, Donald Kowis and Eric Tillman.
A memorial visitation for Tim will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at the Myhrum-Patten Funeral Home in West Bend.
