Timothy "Tim" Sullivan Dds

Timothy Richard “Tim” Sullivan DDS, age 77 years, of West Bend found peace on June 21, 2024, at Froedtert West Bend Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Tim was born on January 10, 1947, in Chippewa Falls to Thomas and Marilyn Sullivan (Murphy).  He was united in marriage to Faith Ziegler on September 7, 1968, at Holy Angels Catholic Church in West Bend.

Tim graduated from West Bend High School in 1965.  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University.  Tim started Dental Associates in West Bend where served the community for 30+ years.  He was an accomplished aircraft pilot, a talented woodworker and a great tinker who could fix anything.  Tim overcame alcohol addiction and proudly celebrated 11 years of sobriety.

Tim is survived by his wife of 55 years, Faith; dear father to Marnie (Pat) Hamler and their children, Riley and Codey; Matthew (Kristin) Sullivan and their children, William and Grace; and Mark (Marit) Sullivan and their children, Paul, Andrew, Thomas and CJ.

He is further survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In addition to his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his brothers, Todd and Ted Sullivan; and sisters-in-law, Sara and Jackie.

VISITATION:  Tim’s family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. (Myrhum-Patten Funeral & Cremation Service – 1315 W Washington St. – West Bend, WI  53095).
