Warren J. Arndt, Sr., age 66, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at his residence in West Bend.
He was born on March 19, 1945 in West Bend to the late Menroy and Rosemary (nee Kuester) Arndt. On September 26, 1964, he was united in marriage to Regina Fettig at Holy Angels Catholic Church in West Bend.
Warren worked at the Gehl Company in product assembly for 42 years, retiring in 2007. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing with his sons, reading, the outdoors, gardening and spending time with his grandchildren.
His brother, Elroy, gave him the joy of life by donating his kidney, which Warren cherished for 25 years.
Warren is survived by his wife of 47 years, Regina Arndt of West Bend; two sons, Warren (Mary) Arndt Jr. and Jeffrey (Patty) Arndt both of West Bend; five grandchildren, Corey (Melissa) Arndt, Melyssa Arndt, Nathan (special friend, Morgan Rome) Arndt, Thomas Arndt and Virginia Arndt; mother-in-law, Lena Fettig of North Dakota; sisters-in-law, Margaret (Jerry) Keller of North Dakota; Theresa Hatten of Minnesota; Leona Riehe of Minnesota, Magdalene (Larry) Svoboda of North Dakota, Agnes (Fred) Mack of Minnesota, and Rosie (Chuck) Bringgold of Minnesota; brothers-in-law, Phillip (Mary) Fettig of Wisconsin, Wendelin (Albeana) Fettig of North Dakota, Louie (Julie) FA
