Wesley Melvin Walther, 81, passed away on July 1, 2023, at St. Paul’s Elder Services in Kaukauna, WI.
Wesley was born on July 9, 1941, in Green Lake, WI, to the late Norman and Gladius Walther. Wesley served his country in the Armed Forces. He lived in Milwaukee most of his life and in 1978 he moved to Fond du Lac to work at Mercury Marine as a Manufacturing Engineer until his retirement. Wesley has two associate degrees in Accounting and Computers. Wesley spent his retirement years at his home in Spring Lake, WI. Proud Father of two children, five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
Those left to cherish Wesley’s memory include his two children, Ken (Denise) Walther and Sandy (Dave) Kagan; five grandchildren, Bryce Walther, Jacob Walther, Mitchell Walther, Zachary Howell, and Leanne Howell; two great-grandchildren, Josiah Berry and Kylin Williams; three sisters, Shirley Farley, Norma Rieger, and Marilynn Owens; and other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Wesley is preceded in death by his brother Robert Walther; former spouse, Laura Walther.
VISITATION: Wesley’s family will greet relatives and friends on Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Myrhum-Patten Funeral and Cremation Service, 1315 W. Washington Street, West Bend, WI, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:15 p.m.
FUNERAL SERVICE: A Funeral Service for Wesley will follow visitation at 3:30 p.m. Military Honors will follow service at the Funeral Home.
